Laila Wreaks Havoc in Chennai
Cyclone Laila centred of the coast of Vishakapatnam is wreaking havoc, with heavy rains and winds. Most of Chennai is flooded with all low-lying roads flooded with knee-deep water.
More rains have been predicted for the next couple of days.
