Victory for the UPA?
ibnlive.com lists that the UPA has secured 272 votes in its favour. If this si true it means Manmohan Singh will continue to be in power and the nuclear deal with the U.S. will be signed.
Wait till 6 p.m. this evening to get the official verdict.
